This new track is a spiritual cleanse—a gritty, high-energy release inspired by a songwriting challenge with my friend Michael Averill in Canada (aka the Tea Cup Challenge, where we write a song a day based on a random theme).

The prompt? Sewage.
And just like that, a song was born about all the emotional and energetic garbage we carry:
👎 Funky attitudes
🧍‍♀️ People who drain our light
🔁 Habits that no longer serve us
☣️ Cycles we keep repeating because they feel familiar

Gutter is the moment we say: “I’m done.”
Done with the drama.
Done with the heaviness.
Done with the mess.
